Meghan Pistchik MSW, RSW
Director / Child and Family Counsellor
Meghan became a therapist to create a space for children, teens, and parents to be heard and feel supported. She is passionate about early intervention to strengthen mental health from a young age, support for teens through their most challenging years, and working alongside parents through every step of their parenting journey.
Meghan meets each client with openness and compassion. She offers practical strategies to help you manage day-to-day, alongside deeper exploration and processing. She will work at your/your child's pace to create safety in your counselling experience.
No matter what your family is facing, you don't have to face it alone. Meghan will learn from you, and work alongside you as a member of your team to support your family to move from surviving to thriving. You will not find any judgement here, just wholehearted support through your most difficult moments in life.
Meghan also offers public speaking and consultation for organizations looking to deepen their understanding of mental health, attachment, communication, and wellbeing. Contact us to learn more.

Moneeza Bandaisha MSW, RSW
Child and Family Counsellor
Moneeza works with children, teens, parents, and adults. With specialized training in EMDR and somatic approaches to trauma, she helps clients move through and heal from life's hardest moments. She believes childhood sets the foundation for our emotional health and that the wounds we carry from it can quietly shape the patterns that hold us back. Much of her work is about loosening those patterns, so clients can reconnect with their strengths and rediscover a sense of joy and connection.
Alongside trauma, Moneeza specializes in children's mental health and parenting. She's passionate about helping kids build a strong emotional foundation early in life, using play, art, and music to help them feel safe and express themselves. With parents, she offers support in understanding neurodivergence and strengthening connection within the family. Across all her work, she leads with openness, humour, and a focus on each client's strengths — building a plan that fits their goals and moves at a pace that feels right for them.
Moneeza also offers public speaking and consultation for organizations looking to deepen their understanding of mental health, trauma, and wellbeing. Contact us to learn more.
